To All of Our Valued STC Clients:

Samuelson Tingo Construction, LLC (“STC”) wants to take this time, during the COVID-19 virus crisis and the Sonoma County “Shelter-in-Place” Order, to advise you: we appreciate your business and confidence in STC; and, how STC will be operating its construction business for the foreseeable future.

STC is considered an “Essential Business” under Section 10(c) of the Sonoma County Shelter-in-Place Order. The North Coast Builders Exchange (an association of many contractors and subcontractors in Sonoma County and the North Bay) (“NCBE”) has advised its members that: “residential construction and some commercial work can continue” under the new Sonoma County Shelter-in-Place Order.

As such, with all of our employees reporting they are feeling healthy at this time, we will continue full-time construction operations (both remodels and new homes) without interruption. With little exception, our subcontractors are all continuing work for and with us. Our STC office staff and field-labor force are all working full-time, and it is our plan, subject to continuing review during this developing virus situation, to continue full-time STC construction operations for the foreseeable future. We have instituted a COVID-19 Virus Protection Plan for all of our employees, including a work-from-home policy for most of our office staff, and a safe practices procedures policy for our in-field employees, including proper distancing from fellow employees, other workers, and you our valued clients.

We have begun discussions with City and County Building Departments as to how they intend to conduct construction inspections under the current Sonoma County Shelter-in-Place Order. The NCBE has further advised its members: “We think that most of cities and counties in the North Bay (except Napa) are trying to provide building department services to aid all construction activity associated with housing”. With inspection services taking place we can continue our construction projects indefinitely – subject of course to the virus situation as it develops. We will keep you posted on government inspection services as we learn more.

We sincerely wish that all of you and your families are now, and stay, safe and healthy. If you have any questions or comments about any of the above – please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss (707) 838-0202. We will take every reasonable measure to assure that each and every of our STC clients feel safe and comfortable with our policies, practices, and procedures.

We will update you all as needed. Thank you again for your support, your trust, and your business. From all of us at STC – please stay safe and healthy.

George, Mike, and team STC
